Kayla balancing pain and joy in the philippines.

Hello,
I'm Kayla Glynn

I developed chronic pain at 22 and doctor after doctor told me to try meditation to help alleviate my symptoms. After struggling for years to develop a mindful meditation practice I discovered the reason I was failing wasn't me, but the inaccessibility of the programs I was trying.  As the saying goes, “when a flower doesn't bloom, you fix the environment in which it grows, not the flower.” So I changed my environment and was able to reap the benefits.

I'd love to help you do the same.
